Private lessons are available on a limited basis. There is
no one "method" used; lessons are tailored to the individual. The creative aspect is taught at the same time as technique
and theory. Roughly half of each lesson will be spent playing and improvising. The student will keep a manuscript notebook
which will be added to each lesson. In it will be tunes, exercises, patterns, transcriptions, and comments.
Unless structured
otherwise, lessons are 45 minutes and the fee is $50. Arrangements can be made by calling 847-899-7878.
